Mosbah Majzoub , DBA

Backed with more than 25 years of successful experience in Financial and Management Consultancy, Dr. Mosbah Majzoub works consistently with families in developing their corporate and family governances, as well as building their structures by implementing succession plan preparation and other business coaching services.

Dr. Majzoub has extensive experience in education where he lectures in different universities and directed various congresses and seminars

In addition to his Doctoral Degree in Business Administration where his thesis emphasized on succession of Family Owned Businesses, Dr. Majzoub is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants(AICPA) and the Lebanese Association of Certified Public Accountants(LACPA)

Holding a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards issued by the ACCA-UK, he is an associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK, he’s also a Certified Board Director (IFC-World Bank Group)

In parallel, Dr. Majzoub serves also as an Independent Board Member for several businesses
